A message i got on facebook....

Hey Sarah,
I am student in the elementary ed program at BYU. I am sorry to contact you on the weekend but I need to get a hold of you to locate a piece of missing equipment that was left in my children's literature classroom. My teacher Michael Tunnel told me you may know the other teachers who use that classroom? It is the classroom all the way at the north end of the hall on the second floor, with all of the childrens books. I left a school video camera and tripod in the classroom and it would help me so much if you could give me the names and contact info of all the other teachers who use that classroom? That would help me sooo much. Thank you!!!!

From one of our fabulous El Ed Students. Seriously, you email me on the weekend on my facebook so that i can run up to campus and find her thing for her? Nice try. She got a less than pleasant email in return. Ridiculous.

Graduation!!!

We graduated!!! It was a long couple of days. My college's graduation took forever! But we're done! Yay! Now there's just 2 days until the wedding and then things can start getting back to normal.

Oh i also had a sweet bachelorette party on Saturday. Pictures and stories to come. It was totally awesome.

D-O-N-E

Took my last final and i'm done folks. No more tests. No more papers. No more boring lectures. No more school. For now at least. I am graduating next week. I am so done!!!

Oh wait nope. This is what I woke up to this morning. April 16, 2009. Thanks weather. PS. this was my back up date for my bridals so glad i braved the rain so i didn't have to brave the snow.

You know you're not from Utah when...

Nasty huh? yeah they didn't taste great either. Apparently you don't want to shred your own potatoes for this endeavor. The potatoes over oxidized and turn black. Very fitting for the name.

Oh and Alice was cute. She got stuck in her bumbo chair. She was cute reaching out and saying what sounded like "stuck".

Momentous occasion...

I just finished my last assignment of my college career! I'm done!!! I still have finals but they won't be bad at all! I'm done!!!! Let the festivities begin!!!

My boss is crazy!!!

So i was showing off my bridal photos to my co-workers and boss at work. After i finished my boss was looking at the headlines of the school newspaper. One of the headlines was about how Obama told the Turks that the US never has been nor ever will be at war with Islam. Valid statement right? I think so. Well my boss went off about saying "Obama is just digging himself deeper and deeper. Saying we'll never be at war with Islam, geesh." (She hates Obama and is the least politically correct person I've met. I believe she may have been better suited for the times of the crusades.)

Yeah, true story. I'm sorry but no the US never has been at war with Islam or any other religion (Except maybe Mormons haha). Radical terrorist groups yes but a religion in entirety no. And the day that the US declares war on any religion is the day that i will give up my citizenship and move because i never want to be associated with such a radical and hateful act as war on religion.

I am marrying the best man ever!!!

Yesterday David was just the best/cutest ever! He sent me a text in the morning telling me happy month we get married. Then we went to school/work and did normals stuff. David comes to see me at work between his classes and he brought me flowers to again say happy month we get married. Then after my class we went home and i didn't have tons of time before i got my hair done so i was just going to make a grilled cheese sandwich quickly. Well David made it for me and when he brought me my plate this is what i saw. Isn't he just the best ever! I love him so much and I'm so excited to be marrying him in 26 days!
