Could i pull this off? Be honest i don't want to chop inches off my hair and have it look horrible :)

Weekend feats

Made some burp rags today. Used a really simple pattern found here.

Also, we had our new oven delivered. The door on our old one, which was 20 years old and original to the house, broke during some Christmas baking. We held out as long as we could since the oven still functioned fine but we figured we should buy a new one since we'll have a little one around soon. Thanks severance from my old company!

This is from last weekend but I meant to blog it. These are a bunch of my friends from freshman year. We got together for breakfast last Saturday to reminisce and because Molly was in town from DC for her brother's wedding. So fun to get together every few years and see what's new.

20 etc

Stayed home several days this week. The puppy loved laying in the sun!

Finally finished the front of the quilt I've had cut out since July 2009. Thanks to my grandma for her awesome sewing machine that made this possible.

And we're halfway there. Yay! Although with how i feel now i think i may be in a wheelchair by the time we double this 20 weeks but that's the price I'll have to pay for a cute little boy.

Also, went kind of crazy at walmart yesterday when i was buying batting for my quilt. Found a bunch of flannel on clearance. And it was cute little boy stuff. I couldn't stop myself. I'll post pictures later mom :)

It's a boy!!!

We had our ultrasound today. Found out baby is a boy! We're so excited to have him. And he was wiggling, kicking and punching all over during the ultrasound. Apparently he likes his space! He's cute! Can't wait to meet him in several months.

Well Feb 3rd was the beginning of Chinese new year. It was also the first day i was able to feel the baby and know it was the baby and not gas :) David says it's perfect that this little rabbit baby made its presence known on Chinese new year. Hopefully the baby will have all those rabbit qualities they seem like pretty good ones.

Cravings...

Big delicious breakfast! The past two weekends have been full of delicious big breakfasts. Crepes and Waffles with berries and Nutella. Yum Yum. If only i had time during the week for that :)

Sushi! Seriously i want it so bad. I don't like the raw stuff ever anyway so we totally went out for it Saturday. And it was so so so good! And that didn't even take care of the craving. If sushi weren't a bit expensive i would be having it 3-4 times a week for sure. So good.
