So the first house didn't work out. We got in a bidding war and didn't win it, which i was ok with by the time we actually found out because it was just ridiculous working with the bank (it was a foreclosure). So we went out shopping again this week and the first house we saw was better than the other one we had offered on and we love it. We put in an offer and it was accepted so we're under contract. Our closing date is set for the 21st of October so we should be all moved up before the first snow which will be great! Here are a few pictures that David took last night after work. I'll get more up of the inside when we go through again for the inspection next week. Love it. :)

CONGRATS! Your new home is beautiful! I can't imagine what you two are doing in such a big house! ha ha! But I bet it feels good. By the time you grow into it you'll be growing out of it:)
