Appliqued a star to the back of the quilt. It was my first time doing applique and it was so much easier than I expected it to be. I used this tutorial.It only took me 8 or so months to complete this quilt but I did take a few months off to get acquainted with motherhood. I love love love how this quilt turned out! By far the best quilt I've made. I'm not going to tackle diamonds again anytime soon though.
